Do you need a quick Gift Card Holder? This one is simple to make, and takes minimal supplies. You can get 2 from one piece of 8-1/2" x 11" cardstock.
I used the A Little Latte Designer paper to decorate this one.

1. Cardstock- 11" x 4-1/4".
Score at 3", 4-1/4", 5-1/2", 8-1/2".
2. Cut cardstock into 2 pieces at 4-1/4" score line.
tip: The smaller piece will measure 4-1/4" x 4-1/4". The larger piece will measure 4-1/4" x 6-3/4". Each piece will have a 1-1/4" flap.
3. Fold along score lines. To form Gift card pocket, adhere 1-1/4" flaps together applying glue only around edges.
4. Round corners of larger end piece.
5. DSP- 4 pieces of 2-3/4" x 4",
1 pieces of 4" x 2-1/4" for flap. (Round these edges)
2 pieces of 4" x 1-1/4"
6. Belly Band cardstock 1" x 6-1/4"
Decorate as desired.
